Vivie has a holistic approach and a passion about yoga that is entirely contagious. Her genuine, honest and open nature makes me want to come back to her classes again and again! I appreciate the flexibility offered, in terms of difficulty to follow the classes, and I can always tell the next day that we did a good job. I had such a wonderful experience in Vivie’s yoga classes during our retreat in Montenegro. Her way of teaching is so calming and thoughtful, and the flow of the class felt beautifully balanced. By the end, I felt both refreshed and energized, yet deeply relaxed at the same time.

Dreamy retreat

I have now attended my second yoga retreat organised by Vivie, once last year in the scenic mountains of Montenegro, and once a week ago in the exotic seaside of southern Crete. Last year’s retreat offered much needed peace, perspective and respite that what an incredible impact to my life at a very difficult for me time. Having had such an incredible experience last year, I was looking forward to this year’s retreat with much excitement and anticipation, and I was not disappointed. Vivie puts so much care and attention into these events, the yoga sessions as well as the workshops were all meticulously planned and executed. Morning training sessions were challenging and fun, a great way to start the day energised. The evening sessions were perfect for us to settle down and prepare for the most peaceful and restful sleep. I especially loved the sound healing sessions, what a delightful experience. I cannot wait for next year’s retreat, I know I will keep on coming back and this will remain a highlight of each year.

A Transformative and Wholesome Yoga Retreat in Iceland

Vivie has been my yoga teacher for a few years now, and when she told me about the yoga retreat in Iceland, I immediately said yes! It was my first yoga retreat, and it turned out to be an amazing journey and a truly wholesome experience. Starting each day with yoga and breathwork left me feeling so energized! Even in just one week, I noticed a transformation in my body: my posture and yoga poses improved, I could stretch my back more deeply, my hips became more flexible, and I no longer had lower back pain.

Each session was thoughtfully planned and varied, with a balance of vinyasa and yin yoga, chanting, and even some playful time to try out more challenging poses. We also practiced a silent morning and did some journaling, which I enjoyed immensely. One of the most unexpected benefits for me was how powerful the chanting was for my mental state.

There is so much I’ll be taking with me into my everyday practice. Thank you, Vivie!

I’m so grateful

I’m so grateful I got to meet Vivie during our retreat in Montenegro. Her yoga classes were such a beautiful balance of breathing, relaxation, and building strength. The way she teaches is incredibly calming and helped me to really let go of my thoughts and be more present in the moment.

What made the experience even more special were the conversations we had outside of class – about journaling and how to make small, mindful changes in daily life to keep stress or negativity from taking over. Those talks were so wholesome and supportive, and they really stayed with me.

Overall, Vivie’s presence and teaching style made the retreat extra meaningful, and I truly enjoyed every session with her.

An authentic journey!

Vivi has dedicated her life in mindful movement and in particular yoga and you can feel it when you have a class with her. Either you do a class in Greek or English, it’s a beautiful flow which she is taking care of with attention to every participant. Her voice is very relaxing to my ears and her guidance clear so I don’t need to look at what she is doing but rather focus on the move and my body, which is what I aim for when practising. I highly recommend Vivi for any local or traveller in Crete!

Empowering! Tailored Sessions with Positive Energy and Calm

Vivie is a phenomenal instructor with such positive energy. It is apparent that she tries to adapt her yoga lessons according to the people that will come, if they are familiar with the positions or not and is always trying to bring something unique each time. A Transformative Yoga Experience

Vivie’s classes are really at a next level. She combines many techniques, breathing, meditation, mindfulness, energy with different yoga exercises. Also she is very knowledgeable and explains when ever you have any questions. I have noticed immediate changes after taking her classes. My breathing becomes better and i have felt a release of emotions several times. I cant really explain it, but it really is very special. She has a very natural and personal approach.
