Kind words

Vivie is an incredible human

Vivie is an incredible human being and a truly gifted yoga teacher. Her energy, warmth, and passion for yoga make every class a transformative experience. She creates a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable, regardless of their level. I feel so grateful to have found such a fantastic teacher in Vivie!

The best of the best🧘🏼‍♀️✨

I met Vivie at the yin resonance teacher training in Crete. After that we co-hosted some workshops together in Heraklion.

I truly recommend Vivie to you if you are looking for a yoga class or retreat. She is an outstanding teacher not just for a yoga class but also her being can send you positive vibes. This is what she mentioned teachings from the heart. Our heart is full of love if you reach it out.

Nowadays we, all people are stressed because of living. We need more open heart people in this world and Vivie is the one who can guide you to the right direction.

I wish you all the best and bright future ahead, Vivie, my dear soul. ✨

A Transformative and Wholesome Yoga Retreat in Iceland

Vivie has been my yoga teacher for a few years now, and when she told me about the yoga retreat in Iceland, I immediately said yes! It was my first yoga retreat, and it turned out to be an amazing journey and a truly wholesome experience. Starting each day with yoga and breathwork left me feeling so energized! Even in just one week, I noticed a transformation in my body: my posture and yoga poses improved, I could stretch my back more deeply, my hips became more flexible, and I no longer had lower back pain.

Each session was thoughtfully planned and varied, with a balance of vinyasa and yin yoga, chanting, and even some playful time to try out more challenging poses. We also practiced a silent morning and did some journaling, which I enjoyed immensely. One of the most unexpected benefits for me was how powerful the chanting was for my mental state.

There is so much I’ll be taking with me into my everyday practice. Thank you, Vivie!

Passion and Care in Every Yoga Session

I have participated into a few events with Vivie and I can absolutely recommend her classes and events. She is a bright beautiful soul with passion and motivation and she makes you feel welcome with care and a wonderful smile. Good combination of yoga and mindfulness practices that is open to anyone who wants to explore their selves and seek to elevate their wellbeing.

Unexpected bliss

I read something at the webpage, but I thought it was a 2hr meditation class. And that was perfect for me. But what happen next, was that I found myself in a playfull, fluently, breathing space of movement. I really end up with this gratitude sensation of sharing that experience with the people in the room.

Dreamy retreat

I have now attended my second yoga retreat organised by Vivie, once last year in the scenic mountains of Montenegro, and once a week ago in the exotic seaside of southern Crete. Last year’s retreat offered much needed peace, perspective and respite that what an incredible impact to my life at a very difficult for me time. Having had such an incredible experience last year, I was looking forward to this year’s retreat with much excitement and anticipation, and I was not disappointed. Vivie puts so much care and attention into these events, the yoga sessions as well as the workshops were all meticulously planned and executed. Morning training sessions were challenging and fun, a great way to start the day energised. The evening sessions were perfect for us to settle down and prepare for the most peaceful and restful sleep. I especially loved the sound healing sessions, what a delightful experience. I cannot wait for next year’s retreat, I know I will keep on coming back and this will remain a highlight of each year.

I’m so grateful

I’m so grateful I got to meet Vivie during our retreat in Montenegro. Her yoga classes were such a beautiful balance of breathing, relaxation, and building strength. The way she teaches is incredibly calming and helped me to really let go of my thoughts and be more present in the moment.

What made the experience even more special were the conversations we had outside of class – about journaling and how to make small, mindful changes in daily life to keep stress or negativity from taking over. Those talks were so wholesome and supportive, and they really stayed with me.

Overall, Vivie’s presence and teaching style made the retreat extra meaningful, and I truly enjoyed every session with her.

Refreshed and energized!

I had such a wonderful experience in Vivie’s yoga classes during our retreat in Montenegro. Her way of teaching is so calming and thoughtful, and the flow of the class felt beautifully balanced. By the end, I felt both refreshed and energized, yet deeply relaxed at the same time.

Vivie has such a gentle and positive presence, and it was inspiring to listen to the reflections and lessons she shared with us throughout the practice. She created an atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable and uplifted.

Overall, I am so grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a meaningful and restorative yoga experience. I am looking forward to going to Crete and experiencing her lessons there! ❤️

Empowering! Tailored Sessions with Positive Energy and Calm

Vivie is a phenomenal instructor with such positive energy. It is apparent that she tries to adapt her yoga lessons according to the people that will come, if they are familiar with the positions or not and is always trying to bring something unique each time. I especially love her meditation sessions, her voice is so calming and her speech takes on from the environment to make you feel at ease and one with yourself and nature. Thank you Vivie!!!

An authentic journey!

Vivi has dedicated her life in mindful movement and in particular yoga and you can feel it when you have a class with her. Either you do a class in Greek or English, it’s a beautiful flow which she is taking care of with attention to every participant. Her voice is very relaxing to my ears and her guidance clear so I don’t need to look at what she is doing but rather focus on the move and my body, which is what I aim for when practising. I highly recommend Vivi for any local or traveller in Crete!
